Allied Forces symbolism

I'd like to add a little to the excellent article on the Inglinga blog regarding the occult forces that were harnessed against the Germanic peoples during the Second World War.

Symbolism was another element that the Allies used as a means of control, certainly over the Germanic men and women that fought for the Allies against Germany.

The symbol used by the 'Allied Expeditionary Forces' was a flaming sword under a rainbow. To Wodensist this could be seen as the Flaming Sword of Surtur, a primaeval fire giant who according to the Icelandic saga's battles Frey (who in this case symbolises the Free people of Volkish Germany) at Ragnarok. The Rainbow is the Bifrost Bridge which he seeks to destroy.

Sutr ferr sunnan
með sviga lævi:
skinn af sverði
sól valtiva.

Surtr moves from the south
with the scathe of branches:
there shines from his sword
the sun of Gods of the Slain.

Of course the German armies fought under runic emblems, and that most sacred of signs - the Swastika!
